WOD – Any way to make a workout feel like playtime is great

I love it when I take the time to go to the gym because it allows me to focus on other muscles and workouts other than just running or cycling outdoors. I tend to neglect doing little things like abdominal workouts, push-ups, and stretching, but getting into the gym allows me to focus on it. 

The workout: Treadmill 2 Mi run; Medicine ball throw 20 repeats 3 sets; 40 Crunches; 30 Push-ups
