Prior to this work out I was shocked to find that I have lost weight, which could have been due to my odd eating patterns because of my work schedule.
During my week of orientation at the new job I worked a few overnight shifts. Living that lifestyle of being up all night and sleeping during the day I ended up eating less than what I normally eat.
I was feeling it today, so I knocked out my run early this week as part of Strava’s ‘We Run | BUFF® Challenge’.
Along with the pull ups, I really enjoyed this portion of the workout. And as the time goes on I would like to increase my repetitions. Later in the day I felt it as my chest muscles tweaked.
