I love artsy towns. I am lucky enough to live in one. I would like to share a few of the murals from local artists in my little neck of the woods.
The one below is a great piece and I used it for the cover of this post.
This one is several scenes in one.
A bit closer.
Even the bowling alley is painted.
A closer look at this one. I loved this wave dude!
These paintings really get you in the surfer type beach mode, don’t you think?
This one is really cool. I bet it took a long time to paint.
From head on.
This one was at a house.. An old woody.
Here is the rest of it. Cool poles huh?
You can find murals everywhere here.
Hope you enjoyed this little tour of some of the murals in Oceanside California.
The best I’ve seen so far. Love the one on the Surf Bowl
Me too. that is a cool one.
Wow, I love the colorful art photos that you posted. Vibrant and happy art. We used to live in Irvine, and spent many weekends in San Diego County. That whole area is like heaven – as long as you are not driving in the traffic!! LOL
Thank you! Oh boy,,,the traffic… I try not to get out during rush hour… from 7-10 then from 3-7pm. lol I know the county like the back of my hand and know all the shortcuts around the freeway system so that helps. I5 is good one for traffic, you get to take long looks at the ocean. lol
These are all so amazing!
I agree there are some great artists and artwork around here!
Cool street art!
Thanks Carmen!
So beautiful happy thursday
Thank you, happy Friday now 🙂

Glad you liked it Pam.
Some of these are so realistic you have to look twice to contextualise them!
