Ljubljana Castle is the main attraction of Ljubljana. It is set on the hill above the town and is almost 900 years old. The castle’s towers are offering beautiful views of the city.
This castle is a medieval architectural heritage. And today the castles’ courtyard venue is used for various cultural events, especially during the summer months. There is also a wedding hall – Estate Hall. It has 200 seats and it is also perfect place for music concerts, congresses and business meetings.
There is also a Puppet Museum with a permanent exhibition of Slovenian puppets walk through the prison. You can also see photos of reconstruction and revitalization of the castle and preserved baroque murals. And of course, there are cafes and restaurants where you spend some great time.
