I posted recently about a plant in my garden called Dusty Miller. Feel free to click on the link if you missed the post. I promised to post the blooms, and here they are. So cool to see these yellow blooms against the silvery gray leaves. When I bought the plant, like I have said before, I had no idea it would bloom. What a nice surprise.
Sharing this photo with today’s Macro Monday challenge.
The scientific name for this plant is Senecio cineraria. Enjoy your day!

Now I see your post, I do recall the Dusty Miller plant I saw it here but did not know the name of the plant, beautiful flowers and leaves
I have seen this plant before, but I do not remember seeing the bloom from it. I love yellow flowers.
Thanks, I have posted before but it has been awhile.
Lovely flowers thank for sharing dear.
Thanks for visiting.
Thank you for sharing the bloom – so cool!
Before and after pictures are the best!
You are welcome and I agree with you.

I didn’t expect the plant to have flowers, and it was very beautiful too.
Yes, I mentioned it in my article (the purple link in the post above). I promised some I would post the blooms. Thanks, I love this plant.
I think I’ve seen this plant, but it did not bloom. The flowers are beautiful.
I think you have told me that before actually. I wasn’t sure it would bloom either.
The blooms really brighten up my garden and my day.
I know this plant, we had it before, it seems to have froze from the frost.
Your photo is beautiful.
What a beautiful yellow flower is in your garden, beautiful.
Thanks, and glad you know it as well. I was surprised at the blooms.
I’m not sure if this plant grows with us, dear Carol
I don’t think so either my friend.
Some have told me before they have the plant but it doesn’t bloom.
Lovely, lovely!!
I’m sure It’s a pleasant surprise that they bloom!
🙂
Thank you my dear. Good to see you on this Monday.
Hope you are doing great. 🙂
Thanks, Carol for the concern.
I’m doing just fine … I hope you’re too 🙂
You are welcome, no need to complain here.
Sorry, but I’m kinda confused.
You know, it’s ok if you have something to say
But of course that’s if you’re comfortable sharing it
🙂
No, it is just a saying we have. Instead of going into a long story about something going on with you, we just say, no need to complain.
