Kiwi is an edible fruit of unique taste that belongs to the cultural group of the Aktinidia forest vine. Kiwi’s owls are oval shaped large like chicken eggs. Kiwi has a fibrous greenish brown peel and light green meat with about 800 black edible seeds. It has soft texture and unique flavor . Kiwi originates from China, where it has been declared a national fruit of the Republic of China.

The taste of kiwi is very good for me. I use to eat them.
Even for me it’s very good only when you don’t have to peel it

This is my kiwi adventure. When I was a child my mom always had a lot of magazines and I loved the pretty pictures. I saw pictures of this circular green food with small black dots. Had no idea what it was. Fast forward. I’m now a grown woman in the grocery store shopping for my family. I’m in the produce section if the grocery store standing right in front of the kiwis. Was I going to buy some? Oh no! I had never seen a kiwi from the outside. I had only seen pictures in the magazine when it had been peeled and sliced. I had no idea the fruit looked so ugly! LOL.
This woman stands next to me and asks “Have you ever tried the kiwi?” I said “No”. She replied “Oh but you must! It doesn’t look like a pretty fruit. But peel the skin and slice it. The taste is wonderful!” She convinced me. I bought some and took them home. It was a winner! Everybody at home liked them! I don’t know who the lady was. She walked away. I never saw her again. But I am so thankful that she introduced to this delightful fruit.
