8. This was very interesting, and fun to take as I like Geography. ?
   I got 10 out of 13, not bad. Got tricked by the last one, I thought Pinoys and Filipinos were both accepted terms, but I would have never expected “Philippines” itself. ?

   • Thanks for pointing this out. I misinterpreted what I read, and have now requested an edit to the quiz, changing the answer “Philippines” to “Filipinas” 🙂

10. This was an interesting and fun quiz and I got 9. BTW I don’t think that anyone calls people in Latvia Letts any longer. Today they are always called Latvians. There are popular Latvian songs where they have words that affectionately refer to little boys as being a snall lettins as opposed to a big grown-up Lett

    • Well done, Rasma. Yeah, I’m aware that Letts and Lettish are old-fashioned terms in English now, but I don’t think that invalidates the question. I do still come across the term in reading.

    • Good to see you too, Carol. I know Usonians is not a common term, but I came across it a few years back and it’s in the dictionary, and it’s definitely more precise! Not sure which question you meant by #18 though as there are only 13 😮
