8/10. I think arguments may be had over the relative ages of Cheddar and Cheshire, given that the former is recorded from as far back as the 12th century and claims for Cheshire’s greater age are highly dubious.
I went with what I could gather as to being ‘generally accepted’ but I admit I didn’t do a deep research on this question.
