  1. I got 7 out of 10. I can tell you that the last question is wrong. I am not sure about the statistics, but I am a type one diabetic. Oatmeal is a carbohydrate, (anything white turns to sugar) It’s a clever rule, as most carbs are indeed white. Pasta, Potatoes, Bread.
I could maybe eat a teaspoon of oatmeal without my sugar skyrocketing. I am sure it effects all diabetics the same way. Great quiz all and all.

    • I’m sorry about that Kim, I forgot that oatmeal contains a lot of carbs and it can really cause blood sugar levels to rise. Too bad I can’t edit the quiz. Thanks for playing anyway ???

    • I’m not sure about diabetics, but oats are low in sugar and they have fiber, so they shouldn’t be bad for your blood sugar levels if you are overall healthy. However, everybody has different needs and problems, and everything should be consumed in moderation. 🙂
