flow over the rocks
twisting and turning to fit into
the tiny cracks and crevices. Each word
less than a drop
but still flowing.
Gaining speed as the hill rises and falls
the water
flowing
the words drops
combining to find a path
then blocked
rise
or turn
and fill the space again
and again.
The water-like words
cannot be held. As each falls
down the falls
to shatter on the unmoving rock below.
