Time Management is one of the crucial things which seems to be too difficult to implement. Regardless of our efforts in order to make the most of our somewhat limited time, we oftentimes fell beyond our schedules. Our inability to cope will somehow cause for non-attainment of our goals.
Time is a limited resource. But the good thing is that this is a resource equally distribute among us. We all have 24 hours in a day. It is a matter of managing our time based on our goals. We would usually devote a bigger amount of time on those things we think will give us the biggest returns.

I always have lists with the most important tasks, but then I do what is urgent at the moment.
Typically I put together a list of what I need to accomplish on my days off, so that an entire day is not a waste. The more urgent things I knock out quickly, but the not so urgent things I put off later.
Organizing things that we need to accomplish within the day is a good practice. Thank you for sharing your thought on this.
I try to be organized and keep a schedule
Thank you for dropping by, Alex. Are you using online scheduler?
no, but perhaps I should…
I still put things that are important first, but it’s not too difficult because my activities are actually no longer as regular as before retiring.
That’s good to know, Albert. Thank you for sharing your thought.
You are always welcome, Sharon.
I always tend to work on the go and do one task at a time.
Thank you, Introvert for visiting and sharing your thought on this. Doing a task at a time is an ideal thing to do. We can focus and finish the task on time.
Time management is a problem to me
If there are several tasks at hand, I would follow the Urgent VS Important Matrix. Important and urgent are on the top of the list.
Despite organising things something always turns up which is urgent…its called life and as much as I want to can’t put it all inside a box…
Yes, it happens most of the time. I am trying to organize everything but still unable to accomplish most things on time.
I never get the time despite trying to distribute what is needed.
I guess almost everyone has this issue. Most especially if we are maintaining many jobs. Thank you for sharing your thought, Elenka.
Time always lacks. I’m retired so I have a little less trouble with this.
thank you for dropping by vidocka. I am happy for you. I hope to reach retirement days and enjoy traveling and photography. I also hope to have good health when that time comes.
I wish you to fulfill your wishes. I’m also traveling a lot now.
Thank you vidocka. I am happy now that my children had all graduated from college and starting to work. I can now start paying my loans. I am planning for early retirement so that I could also devote time on the business I am planning to put up. I am still completing the required number of years in service (15 years). After that, I will decide whether to continue to work or establish my own business.
No matter how many hours, there is never enough time to do it all.
That’s true, Carol. That is why we need to act on more important things. Sometimes, we misconstrued urgent things as important.
Nice post, I agree with you.
Thank you, Hina. This is the reason why planning and analyzing every action based on importance is necessary.
Good posting, dear friend … I believe that you are running out of time ….. he still takes it when I’m retired hahaha
You get it right, Lado. I’m always running out of time. Especially now that two of my officemates already left the office and they still don’t get a replacement.
because we have indulged our self in so many things
Thank you for sharing your thought on this subject, Witty Feeds. That’s the reality. While some say their life is boring, there are also those who are always running out of time. The reason is that we want to accomplish a lot of things.
Yeah , I fully agree with you .
My policy is one at a time and that done well!
Thank you for sharing your thought. Because I don’t have much time, I tend to multi-task most of the time.
