Walking in the morning is the best exercise for a healthy lifestyle. It induces a sense of happiness, calmness and tranquility, relaxing your mind, body and soul. One hour of walking along with Maya feeds me for the whole day.

I wish I had time to walk more, I am 15 mins on the treadmill and the rest is hurrying and getting my tasks done for the day.
But I do other things when I am at the gym or when ever I can.

I try to walk, lately it has been on the treadmill due to the extreme heat.
