Wednesday Shadow – Maya's shadow

Walking in the morning is the best exercise for a healthy lifestyle. It induces a sense of happiness, calmness and tranquility, relaxing your mind, body and soul. One hour of walking along with Maya feeds me for the whole day.

Perhaps you’ve noticed in my photos that shadows are common subjects both in color and black and white photography. I have taken this photo in the morning for Wednesday Shadow Challange.

  1. I wish I had time to walk more, I am 15 mins on the treadmill and the rest is hurrying and getting my tasks done for the day.
    But I do other things when I am at the gym or when ever I can.
    You are right, walking is great and a dog that is your friend is the best ever. I should get a job walking people’s dogs.
