It could be that we have what some may say it is a hard edge. Seriously it is all meant for fun and humor. In fact, we probably use it as a teaching tool to help people learn to laugh with others. There are all kinds of humor and the more you appreciate them, the happier you will be. (We’ll go with fake names to protect both the innocent and the guilty.)
Abigail and Angela love unicorns. They collect them. Kelly and Jonathan don’t see any reason to have one more unicorn in the house. They are not old enough that they “earn” enough money to make all their purchases on their own, so we pitch in and help them with presents.
We found these shirts extremely entertaining, as did Kelly and Jonathan. All the birthdays are in November, so it’s one big party. This shirt will be two gifts. We are fairly certain there may be some tears, but we just can’t help it. It’s a part of learning how to laugh and enjoy even if the humor is directed at you. We just can’t help it.

as for quirky sense of humor, I would buy such a shirt so I would say you have a normal sense of humor!
Its fine to laugh at yourself but it may not be fine to make others laugh at themselves.. in their view point.
