Lots of clouds in today’s sunset sky. Tornado warnings all around the southern US last night and today.
Thankfully we are all safe, but many have lost their lives during these devastating storms. My heart goes out to all of the families that have lost loved ones and to those who have lost their homes, everything they own.
Think about that for a moment. What if you lost everything you own? Sure, things can be replaced but lives cannot. However there are certain things that would break my heart to lose. Keepsakes of Dustin which cannot be replaced. I thank my lucky stars everything is safe here for now.
Sharing a cloudy sunset with the Sky Sunday challenge.
Remember to tell those you love how you feel about them. We never know what the next moment holds.

Beautiful sunset. Fortunately, in our country, no tornadoes are raging.
Thank you very much. I enjoy all sunsets. Glad you have no tornadoes.
I will pray for your continued safety. Thank God you are alright. I have been through bad tornadoes, but maybe not as bad as the one you went through.
It did not come too close to us, we had warnings but nothing here thankfully.
The photo is magnificent. Where I live there was no tornado. I regret all the injured people.
Thank you, I love a cloudy sunset. Yes so many have been affected.
This is beautiful! Good writing!
Thank you very much!
Lovely Skies, we do get the odd tornado but not where I live. My sister used to live in Taupaki in auckland in a country area a long time ago and the tornado missed her house by 2 inches. An awful experience, their neighbour lost their garage.
Thank you, I love a cloudy sunset Pam. Wow that is close!
Lovely sky Carol, I hope that you all remain safe and much prayers to the families who have been affected.
Thank you for your kindness my friend, good to see you.
My husband lived through several serious tornadoes before I knew him.
Lucky man, glad he was safe.
With us there are not such tornadoes … most of them blowing strong winds … there about 70 km so there is no danger
You are lucky. They can get be very dangerous and deadly. I have seen them destroy miles of homes and businesses in seconds.
I really can be happy … with us there are no such extreme natural phenomena … we also do not have volcanoes … a fairly peaceful natural area
That is so great to hear!
As far as nature is concerned, we have a really peaceful life … without natural disasters
Nice to know that you are okay, Carol. We must always be aware of disasters that are often unavoidable.
Thanks Albert, it was a very scary night but it is over for now.
Yes, thankful that you’re all safe!
We don’t really have natural disaster …
but we still prepare ourselves with shelters in case of one …
Thank you, glad it is over. You just never know. They are so unpredictable sometimes.
Ye, that is very true …What’s important is safety 🙂
I’m glad we’re prepared for unfortunate events
Preparedness is the key to these crazy storms for sure.
Well done! Nice picture!
Thank very much. Good to see you.
