I think what Donald Trump did was very ugly and worse as he is the president. The state of the union speech was fabulous. It was directed to all the things (we the citizens who actually live here) needed and wanted to hear and celebrate. The state of the Union was written for us and those are the things that matter to us. He wasn’t giving a speech to another country and their citizens. I wouldn’t expect you to care about that.
