Saturday Critters – Hard working crows

Intensive activity in the park during this period. It is the time when the crows are very busy. It’s breeding season! They fly around, looking for branches to build new nests. It’s the time when they lay their eggs for a new generations of crows. I saw them working in pairs like any family.

It was interesting to watch them while they choose the branches, according to a standard known only by them!

  • Did you know that crows are socially monogamous cooperative breeding birds.
