We took advantage of the beautiful day outside and went on a short trip. It wasn’t something planned. We got in the car and headed for the mountains. We arrived quite quickly and made the first stop on the bank of Ialomita, somewhere in the Bucegi National Park. On either side of the river rise spectacular mountain peaks. The Ialomita spring is at a record elevation of 1780 m, which, at the length of the watercourse of 425.6 km, ensures an average slope of the riverbed, of record value, of 4.17 ‰. We did not reach the most spectacular area of the river, but we spent two hours breathing fresh air.
