I’ve written about how important nutrition is to human health.I will now turn to the use of supplements. These are vitamin supplements that can contribute to your health. But they can be used exclusively in consultation with your doctor.You should also not exceed the prescribed dose.Supplements have their place in the diet but only with proper use.I like to use natural foods to contain vitamins and minerals.

I rarely consume supplements because I think the vitamin I need has been obtained through food.
I rarely use nutritional supplements. I have many medicines so I have to be very careful when using dietary supplements.
That many drugs certainly affect the liver.

my doctor advises me on what to take. At times there are various things you have to consider. Right now, the doctor is having me take extra fish oil to bring up my good cholesterol! Great article Robin!

Supplements are best used on advise of a doctor. Everyone will have affinities to particular type of of food,hence food cannot provide all nutrients which are required.

Thank God … for once my health is good and I don’t eat any pills or supplements …. I think I get enough supplements when I eat lots of fruits and vegetables …… I think these are the best supplements

Natural food is the best choice.
One cannot go searching for foods that heal or help one maintain health. I therefore strongly recommend supplements and I have them too.
Everyone does what they think is best.
However, I think there is everything in the food. Maybe it is not enough in sufficient quantities.
