I am just preparing you for all the posts you are going to see with my name on. Why? Because when I come back from my quick trip to Montana I want to have a lot of wonderful things to read, lots of comments to respond to and a way to feel welcomed home. I want to keep up with my resolutions and I won’t have my computer there. I will put up all that I can before I leave and it looks like we are going to leave a day sooner. So that means you will see quite a few of my posts. I want to remind you that content is king. People need something to see when they come and we are constantly trying to pull new people in, so be kind with my numbers of posts please.

I put in what I can but not too many, I have a hard time keeping up with the notifications. I like the photo.
I skip posts if there are too many from one person as I need to read all the posts by others. That is how I work on other sites too.

Nothing irritate me but the content should be meaningful and helpful for people
Well, I don’t know that my posts are always meaningful and helpful to others. Sometime they are entertaining. I guess I am fairly comfortable with my balance. Do you find all your posts to be meaningful and helpful to all?
Good you brought this point up I see your posts in loads. I do not know how publishing is done here. It should be on a first come first served basis. While yours come up six or seven at a time on a daily basis mine come after a gap of two or more days and just one at a time.
Your posts are not pending. They are all about new happenings in your life.
I am a newbie and I think newbies should be encouraged. If this trend continues I will lose interest here. .
Grace, after you are here for awhile you may be able to become a verified writer. This means that we don’t have to wait to be reviewed, we can publish most items without the help of staff. I believe I was here about six months before that happened for me. They are not picking anyone over you. There is little staff and many writers that are not verified. Try not to be discouraged, and take this time to reach out to others and build great relationships.
My suggestion would be to keep writing great content and keep your pending file full so when staff has the opportunity they can and will approve.
In the mean time I would capitalize on comments. I would reply to everyone who comments on any of your posts. You can read posts that were written a long time ago. An author may notice and have a conversation with you and then you are earning more virils. If I find an author I truly enjoy enjoy I will go and read everything they have put on the site and comment.
Thank you for this. I did not know there is a category such as verified. And as for my activity I am in the right direction. This is not my first site. I have been on line since the last 10 years and do know the ropes.
