Sharing a photo with Kim’s Color Crazy Challenge. This is the last day for yellow photos.
While out walking around in the yard this morning I noticed the daffodils are still blooming. Looks like they survived the freeze and cold temperatures after all. They are the first to bloom. Thankfully they will be around a little bit longer.
They are like a ray of sunshine. Cannot wait for the other flowers to start blooming in the garden.

These daffodils seem to be neatly arranged in an order. Another great shot Carol ?
Oh yay, they did make it and got a lot bigger too.
I love this flower, which is my daughter’s month flower. What is the color crazy for this week?
Aww, I have lots of yellow things and missed that challenge when I was away. Your flowers are beautiful. I have mustard plants in bloom. Their pretty yellow flowers are tiny, but still magnificent.
Life accompanied by blooming flowers is a beautiful life with all newness!
This is very true, as they bring new wonder and a different perspective each time they appear.
Wow! You always enrich my perspective statement, Ann! Maybe there needs to be a way to combine our perspectives and thoughts in writing. lol
Yes, I think we are approaching that. Fun and enlightening.
See… You have a beautiful sentence about it.
I haven’t seen a single flower this year. (I mean outside.) It’s finally starting to warm up so I have some hope for the near future.
These are the first ones to bloom in my yard.
Lovely Daffodils in the garden. Very beautiful
Thanks, I was afraid the freeze would get them.
They’re still pretty. Good insist on bad weather.
Thanks, I was really surprised they survived.
With us, the narcissus is still underground … this is wonderful daffodils
Maybe yours will bloom soon. 🙂
It will not be so soon … it returns to winter and snow
It is about a month early for daffodils or crocus here, but soon. The snapdragons in the church flower beds have had blossom buds on them for the past month, though, despite sub-zero temperatures and snow.
Amazing how some blooms pop up out of the snow. They are survivors.
That’s one reason I’ve always loved crocus. They are usually the first to actually bloom around here and often do it through the snow.
