Today, I continue the chain of photos from Ileana’s picture. The element I picked is the lake even though it’s not that visible in my photo.
This photo was taken in early summer a few years ago. That’s my favorite time to visit this lake because the flowers are blooming and there are many baby birds.
The lake is part of Via Pontica, the second-largest avian migratory route in Europe, and this why there’s such a great diversity of birds in the region – a total of 269 bird species (nesting, wintering, migratory, etc.).

Wonderful place to relax. I love lakes. I really like to visit the lake nearby – Crnava.

The favorite lake is in the Lagoon near Torrevieja. It’s salty and has a lot of flamingos. And in the sun the water beats the salt in purple.
That’s amazing! I love flamingos but I have never seen them in person.
