Here is a recipe for potato meatballs with cheese.
potatoes – 1 kg
cheese – 150 – 200 g
eggs – 2 pcs.
flour – 1 h
onions – 1 head
salt to taste
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Wash the potatoes and boil them. After they have cooled, peel and grate them.
Add finely chopped onion, parsley, cheese and egg. Stir the mixture well and add the salt and pepper.
Serve hot meatballs with yogurt with dill and garlic, lettuce or garnish of your choice.
