How do the large cardamom look before they reach the kitchen?

There are more than 100 types of spices grown in the world, usually in our kitchen with more than 30 spices that contribute taste to our food. But ! Very few of us have ever seen these spices in real condition ie before being found in the market.

Large cardamom is counted in expensive condiments, also known as queen of spices. when in the trees.  the large cardamom has a distinctive and quite sharp aroma. Which is then cultivated and dry before widely offered for sale in the market.

  1. I love the smokey, earthy flavor of the black cardamon. It makes savory dishes taste awesome. I am partial to the black more than the green. We did have a green cardamom bush at home years ago.
