Guilt and Anxiety

Life needs to be free of guilt and anxiety. Guilt keeps us locked in the past and doesn’t allow us to move ahead. The only way to get over guilt is to ask for forgiveness or forgive ourselves. It sabotages our life and stops us from becoming who we can be.

Anxiety like guilt prevents us from moving ahead and tasting life. It stops us from taking those challenges that allow us to grow and blossom into the person we are meant to be.

Both guilt and anxiety sabotage our future and make us our own worst enemy. With both hanging around our necks we tend to live in our heads not in the real world.

Life is for living, not for hiding behind the dark shadows of yesterday and the looming fears of tomorrow.
