In everyday life, countless people choose to give up their free time to help others – whether it is helping older people, saving abandoned animals, human lives, or helping someone to solve a particular problem.Research shows that the need to help makes us feel more comfortable. But the story does not end there. An increasing number of scientists believe that good works positively affect our health, while some studies have even concluded and altruism helps us to live longer.There is a Jewish saying that is my life guidance, “ does it well and do not look at anyone ”.Good will always be good to come back sooner or later.

I do know some people that are kind to animals but not to people. it is true for the most part though

I help whenever I can and I really feel a lot better.Older generations still want to help … younger people look at themselves only.There are exceptions, of course,but, in general, we turn into a selfish society.
Rarely young people help, when I see a good, noble young man I’m happy.
