This Pixabay photo reminded me of all the times Dustin and I went fishing. He loved it, as I have talked about before. He told me he didn’t really care if he caught anything. He just liked spending time with his Momma, being around the water and throwing his line out in the water.
Good memories. Amazing how a photo can bring those memories to the forefront of your mind. No matter how many years have passed, they are forever memories.

The first fish I caught was a bluegill (or sunfish) I remember holding that fish up in the air for the world to see!
You were very proud I am sure. Just like Dustin was in a photo I recently shared with the small brim on his little fishing pole.
yes, memories of fishing and children are magical!
I think memories and choices make who we are now
They are my mode of survival.
You’ve more than memories as a mode of survival!!
You deserve more than just 1,
I hope you’ve more! 🙂
I used to fantasize about having amnesia…
No fights memories I see. Not surprised. 🙂
it doesn’t really solve anything, though…
My son was fishing with his dad.
I am sure they both enjoy every moment. I was both Mom and Dad.
Going fishing with my sons has always been a joyful moment for me.
Yes I too have some precious memories.
Yes, we often went fishing in the Manukau harbour for fish, it was food on the table. Dad often took us out in his boat.
We went out in a boat as well growing up.
Memories hold our loved ones close!
Yes they do my friend.
