Coffee have got many benefits, however, a research recently revealed that drinking coffee can also increase your age. According to a study published in the Journal of American Medical Association, people with 1 to 8 cups of coffee in a day may increase their age.

Research said, that it depends on how much a person’s body is able to absorb caffeine. However, those whose body absorbs caffeine at least or slowly, they may get enough benefits.

Earlier, in a research it was told that 30 min sleep with routine coffee can increase your body efficiency and you will feel more active yourself. Experts call it ‘Nap Chino’ and after drinking coffee, a 20-minute sleep will make you more efficient than ever.

    my story with coffee
    I used to sleep well at night, it did not matter that I would have coffee at the last minute.
    now after 3.30 in the afternoon I can not take it since I do not sleep.
    but my day has 4 cafes at least

  2. I have not been drinking coffee for about 6 months. I refused because my stomach ached. Now I’m on tea and I do not have this problem.

  3. I used to have coffee now and then. However the coffee I always enjoyed with my husband. After he died I could not drink coffee anymore. Now I am living elsewhere and a complete tea lover.
