Captured a shadow of Brendel while she was about to take yet another nap. It is hard to get photos of her, she seems to be camera shy. Sharing this one with Wednesday’s Shadows challenge.
My cats often make me sleepy when I see them taking so many naps. But I rarely take a nap. Always stay busy it seems. Or I am watching the birds mostly. Either way today has been a beautiful sunshine filled day. I will take my blessings where I can get them.

It depends on which side you look at the shadow. It’s just and uncomfortable to break her peace.

She is never in the mood, but that is ok, I am the same often.
She caught the camera-shy one, perfectly! I do wonder about that, about animals that like pictures and those that do not.
That is something to think about when I have time!

Well hello sweet and shy Brendel. Oh yes you look exhausted after lying down for a while and getting ready for another nap. Just like my Runty Dumpty who sleeps all day then wakes up late afternoon to go in and out all evening. I occasionally take a nap along with Runt and I wish you were here with me Brendel alongside Runt…
