I just went for blood donation this morning.
350ml blood donated this round, compare to only 300ml or 250 ml last time.
I am happy that my blood can save a life in the near term. Hope I would able to make more donation in the future too.

That’s good of you! I haven’t donate blood before. I was under age and under weight when I wanted to. Now I am heavy enough after having three kids. Though I am always afraid of the pain of blood donation, I hope I will make a blood donation next time when my husband goes. He consistently donates his blood. I like to have the red booklet as well. It’s always good to be able to help someone in need. 🙂
I used to donate blood but there is a limit of 60 years old for the donor which means seniors cannot donate blood anymore.

I think some 60 year old people are still healthy and fit. You look like one of them.

Donating blood is just like saving the humanity
So true, and very simple action by us, but save the life.
I am not a frequent blood donation but sometimes I do it.
I did it once a while, the last time was 20 years ago.
