My neighbor and her husband are settled into their new home. An assisted living facility. Their home was purchased by a family member. They are moving in now.
So hard to see trees are being cut down. Changes being made.
Life is full of changes. Some good others not so good.
Either way we have to learn how to roll with what life throws our way.
Our attitudes dictate how our life turns out with change all around us. We must choose to be happy.
Learn to accept. Learn to move on. Try not to look back. After all you are not going that way.
Take care everyone. Savor the moments you have. The little things. Enjoy those in your own way.
Flowers were in my neighbor’s garden last year. She will be missed every day.

Yes, sometimes its just a change of attitude at makes a whole lot of different!!
my dad always said if the world is changing to fast, change the clock. That rush to change is nothing on a geologic clock!
It is not easy but yeah we need to learn to move on.
You are so right, Carol. Why look back if you are not going that way. But sometimes back there is where the good stuff is, the stuff you’ll be sweetening your memories with all your days.
I always look back honestly Norman. My problem is staying there. That is the part I have to constantly work on. Look back, but then remember where you are going.
Again, you are 100% right. I am still learning the art of looking back to borrow a little sweetness and bring it to the present.
Another powerful message, Carol!
Thanks Ellie, always good to see you.
Unfortunately, such changes usually happen. The same thing happened to my neighbors.
Life throws us all curveballs right!
