I have lost count of the number of years I gave up working and when I got this call I just could not believe it. He must have got my number from someone.
He is organising a meeting of ex – colleagues in February and wanted me to join. I do not travel these days and I regretted my inability He then requested me if I could put some memories together and create a video. I willingly agreed. I went about collecting photos from others and this too was a hilarious experience.
I picked a few photos from that collection and put some of my own. I recorded a message to synchronise with the photos. I sent the video link to him and he seemed happy.
Those were golden years and this video brought back happy memories.

I am in touch with a few , but its is mostly online.
This occasion gave me an opportunity to touch on happy memories.
I don’t have many friends that I wouldn’t be in contact with … unless we talk differently on the phone
I have a few who are in touch in the virtual world but one who visits us
Only with those, I had a close relationship. It’s kind of you to make a video for the meeting even if you could not be there.
I struggled really hard. I am not a techie and to synchronise my voice with the photos was kind of tough. (loL)

I am in contact with just a few all online but there is one that visits me.
Since I used to work several nautical miles away from where I am currently based it’s hard to contact old colleagues in person. We only communicate through online.
That is not possible I understand. This Meet however would have been worth attending but I have stopped travelling.
Maybe they can go live during the activity so you can virtually join them too.
It’s nice to keep in touch with old colleagues and friends even if we don’t see them now.

Only a few in my former jobs. But, I can locate some of them because they’re still working in those places.
I have been away for many years and yes I do have a couple of them with whom I am in touch.
