This one may be easier if you have seen the flower/blossom before, but I personally don’t know what plant exactly it is. If you know its name, let me know. Otherwise, I will try to find it out for the post with the revealed color.

Yes, I just copy and paste them, but it doesn’t work in Google Chrome (try another browser, Opera and Mozilla work from what I know). Once you paste it, the link won’t look clickable, but when you publish the post it will be embedded in it.
