Today we had a cultural holiday in our country. To this end, numerous events have taken place across the country. I attended one of these events in the nearby town of Kranj. Prešeren’s Fair, which dresses Kranj in the image of the 19th century and brings to mind the memory of our greatest poet dr. France Prešeren is one of the most recognizable Slovenian events on the cultural holiday, February 8th. On the streets of Kranj have presented a number of handicraft masters of arts and crafts, choirs performed, reciting the poems by Prešeren, folklore groups were played, and around the city are walking townspeople in typical bourgeois tasks. The event was really unique and worth seeing. I spent a wonderful day.
