One of the seasons I like is winter. White, clean, frosty …
Fast-paced people walk in the wind, shut their eyes because of the falling snowflakes. There is a smell of Christmas cakes and tea in the streets, and the laughter of cheerful companies is borne out of the pubs.
It’s nice! The cold does not prevent me from watching the game of snowflakes and lights. They are so playful!
Well, there are unpleasant glances as well when I have stopped the party on the sidewalk with a tripod. But, I like it, and I do not pay attention to the grumbles of a one old lady : )))

We don’t get the beautiful snow like that here anymore. The winters are different. Often, the weather warms up and all the snow melts. Much of the time, we just get ice and freezing rain. And being in the city, there is so much dirty, grey snow and slush. I miss those old days when the snow covered the ground for months at a time and everything was pretty and white.

The weather has warmed and rain is raining now. The snow has disappeared, but I hope it will fall back before Christmas. And I’ll make new Christmas cards : )))
