Inspired by pictures of sunsets posted by Carol DM, this is a photo I took of the sunset in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. As you can see, the silhouette of a ship is in the foreground with the sun setting in the background. This was taken with my mobile phone. I was lucky to capture this shot when I did, because when I looked out the window just a few minutes later the sun had gone down over the horizon.
I think myself very lucky to live so close to the river when I can get beautiful images like this. The weather has been exceptionally hot in England over the past few weeks, and the sunsets have been so beautiful. I often think myself so blessed to have such lovely views when I see this.
