Above Lake Bled, stands the symbol of Bled and Slovenia – Bled Castle. The image of the castle above the lake has become recognizable at home and in the world. From the view terraces of the castle there is a wonderful view. It has been more than a thousand years since Bled Castle was first mentioned.
The Bled castle is nowadays arranged as an exhibition facility.
During the warm months, numerous cultural events take place in the courtyard of the castle, especially the knights’ days.
