This device could save lives. This is an inflating necklace that automatically inflates when you’re underwater for about 30 seconds or you can activate it manually by just a touch of a button.
This device is called PLOOTA. It has changeable CO2 cartridges to help it inflate. And yes this idea also came from an experience. It was invented by Rainer Fakesch after two family members almost drowned.

This is a cool thing. Another one I like are the avalanche shuts that inflate into a giant ball. This could save lives – very nice.
