I arrived in Canberra on Saturday night and went to sleep straight away. I did not come out of my place on Sunday as the weather was not outing friendly. However, when I came out of my house and saw the street outside my house it was altogether different from what it was in February.
The trees and plants had no leaves and the weather was still too chilling for my liking at 5 degree C at 9 o’clock. I hope the weather will be pleasant in coming weeks.
I hate the cold weather too. I’m already scared of winter
weather is always interesting isn’t it? When you travel between regions (close to the equator and then further away) that temperature shock gets you.
I remember landing in Singapore once (38 degrees C) after leaving Chicap (-3 degrees C) the heat was overwhelming
Absolutely, I am here for last one week and finding changes with every passing day.
Lovely picture, i like those bare trees against those fluffy clouds. Keep warm.
I don’t want to keep warm but the weather is changing fast enough. I hope it will get real warm in 4-5 weeks.
It is a very nice view, yes, well I can cope with cooler temperatures,
Even I am fine with cooler weather but my wife hates it under 5. btw, she hates it when it touches 40 C too 🙂
That is a nice view. From what I understand you are now having springtime so hopefully the weather will warm up for you.
That’s right but for someone who has just arrived from a 35 degree C plus weather it’s a bit too chilly. Yes, it will warm up to something like 45 C in next 3 months. Canberra never was as hot it was last year.
That’s the beauty of the 4 seasons. You get to see the changes 4 times in a year.
That’s right, we have 4 weathers in both my places India and Down Under.
We are having a heat wave in the US, looking forward to cool weather.
I felt it all the more since I came from a place with 35 degree C and too humid. I wish your weather gets better in coming days!
Thank you very much.
You’re most welcome, all the best!
