Bryce Canyon, never exactly the same

I don’t believe I have ever seen Bryce Canyon look the same twice. Either there is a different light, I am in a different spot, things have become more worn, shapes have changed and life has happened. You can be that if we are anywhere near Southern Utah we will make an extra effort to spend time a this amazing location.

Sometimes when walking among the hoodoos  you feel like you are a miniture piece on a giant chess board. It is a once in a lifetime experience, every time you go.

Winter in Bryce Canyon

You can't imagine how many times the scene changes while you are standing in the same location. The sun hits the hoodoos from a different position with different weather conditions and everything changes.

I like the little bits of snow in this picture and that the hoodoos almost look florescent.

Inspiration point

Inspiration point seems a fitting name. What strikes me when I see this are the pines. I don't know how they can get enough sun to survive, but they are tucked in here and there.

It is interesting the way different people will focus on with the very same scene.

Natural Arch

One of the many arches you will see if simply pay attention while in the park and search of the wonders. It's the splash of pines that brings out the arch to me, to my husband it is the color of the rock. Everyone who sees a picture has their own interpretation.

What do you think?
