There are many small steps that can be taken to truly find your own space and freedom. It is not as easy as one might think. We are taught to be responsible and often times that leads to feeling responsible for the actions of others. While it is true that we have influence is not often that another can force you to do something that is completely outside of your moral compass.
This quote reminds to not internalize all the comments you hear and actions you experience. You are not the center of the universe, to which the world responds. You are only one piece of a very large universe. Choose to allow others to be responsible for their actions, feelings and thoughts.
