Just what is laughter It’s a reaction in humans which consists of audible, rhythmical, contractions of the diaphragm and other parts of the respiratory system. It is a visible response to certain external or internal stimuli. Being tickled can produce Laughter and it can even arise from hearing humorous stories or having funny thoughts.
Laughter usually presents in two parts — a production of sound and a set of gestures. The brain pressures us to conduct both these activities simultaneously when we laugh. When we laugh heartily, other physiological changes occur in many parts of the body, including the arm, leg and trunk muscles. Laughter sends an avalanche of endorphins rushing into every cell of our bodies.
