Memes are social ideas and cultural symbols which are able to spread virally, with the basic intent of getting people to laugh or to make fun of them.
The content of the meme usually is something of minor everyday significance: urban legends jokes about dad, TV and movie references, oddities about humans and animals. Memes can in rare cases, be profound music and art curiosities, and also philosophical ideas.
What makes a meme noteworthy, is its infectious nature: It’s very character is sufficient to cause them to be spread via social media, photo-sharing, email, and people. Here are some well-known examples:
1. “GRUMPY CAT”- “TARDAR-SAUCE.”

I like seeing memes since they are very clever since they remind of some of the satire tee shirts that I saw in stores in Miami Florida advertising some products from Crayola to soda pop by using a satire name like Coo Coo Cola or Cryola crayons.
I do a lot of memes for my joke of the day. Trenna Sue, yes there used to be a meme category, it is gone now. I mean it is still in the category section, but you cannot post in the meme category as it is no longer available.
Didn’t they used to have that category here. I thought I saw it once.
Hello Sue, yes Virily still has it as a category, I wrote the article for people who don’t know what memes are. Thank you for reading my post.
We used to call them posters. lol
Memes are cool. I like watch it.
