In the tranquility, when we learn to calm our self, we do not mobilize and direct the energy into, but just being loose, aware, and let go without expecting anything. In time, the calm will invite to see that in our minds there is the whole universe.
After the journey – when we are able to survive to stay longer inside, we will understand that the “pain” of physical and mental always seeking answers and fulfillment beyond the self. This does not mean that God, the environment or other people cannot help us to be satisfied and happy but we should realize that happy, satisfied and self-understanding can only be given by themselves. Even God is not more capable than us to understand ourselves. Or, He waits and even lets us fall and get injured many times, including to understand and face the “lessons” outside world, for those reasons.

We used to have a tree like that, I used to love wearing the flowers in my hair.
Plumeria or frangipani is indeed beautiful from the tree which is also very beautiful and I really like it. If you place a hair, it is like a Balinese girl.
Tranquility so desirable and tempting word. I just do not know how to achieve it. Maybe I have to remove the stimulus.
You’re right! For me, I will enter in tranquility, another realm by shifting attention away from the mind stimulus to the peaceful magnet.
Such true words Albert. We must find our own paths by ourselves before we can move on to complete our happy and peaceful journey. I will never understand some of life’s lessons that are the most horrible pain, somehow “allowed” by God. That is for another day to discuss.
For people who care about life, our coming on earth is often a horror to see how beautiful life is so easily removed from its cover. Beyond that, inside there we can also see that the beautiful life does not go anywhere.
I agree with you but there is so much pain I believe unnecessary. But it is now my decision. I will survive, this I know.
That’s what I mean, life is often terrible with so much pain in this worldly realm…
Life can be unfair but nobody said it would ever be easy. My Dad used to tell me that.
Your father is wise, you must have understood the message and realize the truth.
Yes and I remind myself every day the conversations we had, I treasure each one.
That is the reason why you become a strong woman who is able to get out of suffering and much pain in life!
Thank you Albert. You help me remember the things I know inside my mind.
Sure. You are very much welcome, Carol
