Many people are trying to quit smoking for many different reason. I would hope that the main reason would be for quitting smoking is that it is harmful to the health.. I saw this post on facebook about harmless cigarettes, so i had to look some information on this topic of interest.

Thank you Ghostwriter for sharing your thoughts. I just think it is maybe one of the best alternatives that I have ever seen to help people quit smoking.
No type of anything inhaled in the lungs is harmless but plain good air. As a caregiver to a stage 4 lung cancer patient I have to say smoking sis cause the cancer. His cousin is now battling cancer after he quit smoking for 2 years but vaped those same 2 years.
Vaping also causes pop corn lung which has no treatment.
The best way is to just quit, cold turkey.
