The Last Day of Summer....

Today marks the last day of summer here in the US.

In my neck of the woods, this is when the weather really gets nice. Days are in the 70’s and we have cool mornings.

I thought I would share a few flower photos of things that are still blooming in my yard.

#1 My Canna Lily

#3 Cactus and Succulent

I picked two of these cacti up at Home Depot for $2.50! They had lost all of their leaves. They are happy now!

#4 Canna

This plant almost didn't make it over the summer. It turned brown on the edges of the leaves.. It seems to have made a comeback!

I like hibiscus tea, but I do not know if that can be made from the white ones.

Love the hibiscus blooms. My sedum is at the fall stage now and a few butterfly bush blooms.
