What may be the reason you go out more often than home is buying bread. I solved this problem. I make bread at home.

One tip from me. Eat more garlic and honey.

      • Shopping is not done every day. A list is given to the maid and she sanitizes her hands before and washes them with soap and water after she returns. She changes her clothes the moment she gets back and she washes those clothes.

        One cannot survive on bread alone. We need to eat other food as well.
