Today I tried to make this chocolate pudding vegan version and I must say it’s really delicious! I leave you here the recipe if you want to do it too.
- 200 grams of dark chocolate
- 2 glasses and half of soy milk
- 80 grams of flour 00
- 2 tablespoons sugar cane
- 1 tablespoon vegetable margarine
- 2 teaspoons of sweet yeast
pour the soy milk, margarine, sugar and chocolate into a pot and put it on fire until the chocolate is completely dissolved. In a container pour the flour and yeast then join the liquid by pouring flour into the flour to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Bake 200 degrees in preheated oven for about 5 minutes and serve hot.
