This is my biostimulator. Never miss my main meal at noon. At dinner is an obligatory element. Why do I prefer this green salad? Lettuce is rich in vitamins, especially vitamin C. It is rich in cellulose. Contains large amounts of iron. A number of studies have shown that lettuce has a failing effect. The high fiber content and water in lettuce is another reason for the green salad to participate in almost all my lunches and dinners. It is good to know that lettuces in any kind are extremely healthy. They contain compounds that reduce the risk of cancer. It has also been shown that people who eat more lettuce should not be afraid of tobacco smoke because the green plant deactivates the toxins in it. Would you prefer this salad to your daily menu.
