I have a somewhat messy office. Ok, it isn’t somewhat messy. It is messy. My issue or the issue that causes the mess for me is the reality of my job. In part that I work a lot of hours, in part that I get cables and connectors and well, you never know when you will need one. Let’s, however, dissect this picture a little. The glass doors make a great whiteboard. I use them all the time for that purpose when I am on a call noodling an idea. The bulletin board above the doors is a relic of my teachers days. I love having a cork board to store things on as display items. In particular, those are thought you that I have gotten over the years. The Moog sign is from a theremin. But that is another story.
I also have on the glass, the name of our boat. That is more for me than anything.
The TV is to listen to the news when I am not listening to music.
Not sure it has anything to do with that…
My gut is that your intent is nasty. I feel sorry for your need to do that.
If no one is complaining about the mess and you can still find the stuff you look for then it is great as it is ???
One can only hope. In fairness to those that call my office a mess, I often end up getting new cables because I can’t find the one I was using before.
